Of fortunes turned

I started the day looking really cute and pretty while the weather looked grim and distressed. By the end of the day, our fortunes had changed. Maybe change does not accurately describe how the day went by.

As the day progressed, weather turned radiant and beautiful, my health had deteriorated and became marked with nausea and headache. I pressed on in faith trying to make the best of the day.

By the end of the day, we had become equals. The day turned to night and the weather became even grimmer than it started out to be, and my health had become the opposite of where I began my day. I might have started out the day looking and feeling beautiful, but by the end of the day, the weather and I had become equals. We both ended our day dreary, covered in algid blankets of despondency while dreaming of a day that starts and ends in ethereal calm and beauty.
